Franchise term
Kasumi franchise agreement is for a period of five years, renewable for an additional five years.

Training
Franchisee must participate in a twoâ??week training program in Amstelveen, with theoretical instruction and practical work.

The candidate
Our concept does not require to have food industry experience.

Experience is needed on running a business, strong people relation understanding and most of all, understanding the concept of service â?? Kasumi is about quality and service â?? if you understand that, a successful business will follow.

Location
Location is important, however Kasumi concept can be adjusted to high street location and easily work on side location â?? we trust our concept to attract the customers to whatever reasonable location you will chose â?? allowing you more flexibility and freedom.

The Kasumi concept is targeting a wide spectrum of the population, children, teen?s, youth, adult and senior, from all level of the economic spectrum, they all enjoy the variety, the quality, and the flexibility of our concept.

As flexible as our concept is, some factors must be available:

• High visibility location.
• Dining area of: 15 â?? 40mÂ? (optional!)
• Kitchen: 15 â?? 30mÂ?
• Storage: 5 â?? 25mÂ?
• Exhaust system with filters
• Professional gas line
• Licenses and authorizations
• Outdoor signs

How much does it cost?

Your costs are divided into 3 parts.

Initial franchise fee
One–time payment of € 25,000 per location, due on signature of non–disclosure agreement

This cost is ex. travelling and accommodation for the setup period. (Accommodation in reasonable location to Kasumi sole discretion)
